Elf dieser Figuren, eine wie die andere, stehen in gleichen Entfernungen beieinander. Eine Assoziation zu Menschen vom Fließband, im Fließband, als Fließband drängt sich dem Betrachter auf. Die Abstände zwischen den Figuren sind so eng, dass lebendige Bewegung erschwert ist. Die Mächtigkeit der Mensch-Maschine konnte vom Passanten körperlich erfahren werden. Ein Erwachsener überragt die Figuren normalerweise, wobei jedoch die Farblosigkeit des Materials das bedrohliche der Versteinerung des Individuums zur Unperson verstärkt. Mit ihrer Arbeit wollte die Künstlerin zu Auseinandersetzung auffordern und Reflexion provozieren, etwa: Mit dem Verlust ihrer Individualität werden Menschen, wobei der subjektiven Betrachtung ausreichend Spielraum gelassen wird.<br /> <br /> Der Anblick erinnert an die Aufstellung einer Fußballmannschaft. Die Plastik diente häufig als Kulisse für Fotos und wurde auch des öfteren Opfer von Vandalismus.</div>
